Gateshead's Great Big Green Week celebrates local businesses and organisations, as well as the individuals, who are doing their bit to help look after our planet.

From the 8th-16th June 2024, there are a range of exciting events that Green Heart Collective has planned as part of Gateshead's Great Big Green Week (GBGW). 

GREEN HEART Clothes Swap

Tired of having too many clothes but nothing to wear? Come along to the GREEN HEART Clothes Swap on Wednesday 12th June 6-7.30pm.

At GREEN HEART, 231-233 High Street, Gateshead, NE8 1AS.

Entry is £3 and you can book tickets here.

GREEN HEART Book Swap

We'll be running a Book Swap during opening hours 8th-16th May. Bring your unwanted books and swap them in-store.

You can swap one of your unwanted books for one of our books. Any swaps must be completed before you leave the shop, there and then.

You can also donate your unwanted books if you do not wish to swap.

All books must be in very good condition from smoke free homes. 

Pop down Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm or Saturdays 10am-4pm.
