Where can I buy items from Green Heart Collective?
Green Heart Collective sells direct from the Green Heart Collective online shop and also lists items on other online platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Depop and other marketplaces.
Do I need to open an account to place an order online with Green Heart Collective?
No, you can place an order and check out as a guest. Opening an account, however, makes it quicker and easier for you to shop with us again in the future. To open an account, simply click REGISTER and fill in your details, which will then be stored securely ready for your next visit.
What happens if I forget my password?
Don’t panic! Simply click on the 'Forgotten Password' link on the account page and enter your email address, so that we can send you a link to reset your password.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
Green Heart Collective accept payments by PayPal and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You can also pay by Apple Pay and Google Pay. You will be charged for your order at point of sale. Green Heart Collective only accepts UK orders and will therefore only accept payment in UK currency.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are offered to those donating items to Green Heart Collective and a unique voucher code will be sent out electronically by email. You can also purchase Green Heart Gift Vouchers. Do you charge VAT and if so, how can I claim it back?
At this stage, Green Heart Collective is not VAT registered and therefore, VAT is not included in the price of items for sale.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Where possible, all our packaging is donated to us to be recycled and reused to send orders out. Items of clothing will come protected in plastic to avoid damage from the rain, but this plastic will be re-used.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to ship each order within two working days at standard Royal Mail rate, and delivery will take up to 5 working days from shipping.
Is it possible to ship my order to multiple addresses?
No, we can only ship to one address per order, so you’ll have to place a separate order per address.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do. We will refund any item within 30 days of purchase. However, we are not responsible for the payment of return postage. For full details on how to return an item, visit RETURNS.
Would Green Heart Collective be interested in selling items that I make?

How can I donate preloved items to Green Heart Collective?
